Ras eForms, the form-generation module for dbtech’s Ras platform, gathers information from any relevant data source and automatically generates pre-populated, bar-coded documents. More specifically, Ras eForms eliminates the need for pre-printed forms and the stacks of paper upon which they are printed. Ras eForms can even create bar-coded forms along with Ras, which makes it easy to keep all actionable data in one patient folder. Each hospital uses anywhere from 2,000-3,000 forms each day. That usually means each hospital must order pre-printed forms and keep a large quantity in stock creating additional costs for both the forms and forms storage. In addition, 30% of hospital staff time is spent on manually processing forms creating inefficiencies in all areas including patient registration, clinical areas, finance, HR and administration.
