DB Technology Names Charles Wilson CEO

Appointment Signals Continued Growth for Document Management Company


CLARK, N.J., November 20, 2008 – DB Technology, a recognized leader in the field of automated information and report distribution, today announced the appointment of Charles Wilson to the post of CEO. Wilson has a broad base of successful executive experience in the software industry and is noted for his leadership and ability to successfully grow companies.

Wilson is chartered with guiding the company to meet the long-term strategic goals which center on deepening the company’s strength in the healthcare enterprise software arena and expanding to other key markets. He will oversee and direct the growth in product development, customer support, implementation, training, as well as sales and marketing.

With hundreds of successful deployments, the 25 year old DB Technology offers software to automate and streamline a variety of paper-centric processes and is recognized for taking the pain out of the paper silos permeating healthcare organizations big and small. Wilson will leverage nearly 30 years of experience in software sales, services and operations to achieve DB Technology’s aggressive growth goals. Prior to DB Technology, Wilson was the president of UC4 Software, a global workload automation company specializing in optimizing customer applications. In this role, he was responsible for all business in the Americas and Asia/Pacific including research and development, sales, services, customer support, and finance. During his tenure, the company experienced quarter over quarter growth for 17 consecutive quarters and increased their average selling price by 200 percent. Before UC4 Software, Wilson held various executive level positions with IBM Tivoli/Unison Software, Macro 4 and Boole & Babbage. In these positions Wilson was responsible for U.S. sales, systems engineers, technical consultants, and customer support functions.
