Often there is a need to easily capture and index data by patient from a 3rd party application, such as a laboratory system. However, a solution may not be currently available. In many instances, institutions will have large volumes of data archived in legacy systems because of the inability to integrate the data into the existing HIS system.

DBTech’s RAS Forms can be used to capture and archive any type of disparate patient data.

The power of RAS Forms lies in its ability to capture various pieces of information from the data stream such as Patient Name, Patient Number, Medical Record Number and add it to a unique index.   Patient forms can then be viewed and sorted according to customer-specified criteria.

Data mining can be performed by exporting form data into spreadsheets or other applications.

Patient forms can additionally be enhanced with letterhead graphics that may otherwise appear on a standard form.
